Pam Jones

Bar Manager

Pam Jones is our incredible Bar Manager. She joined the team at The Old Gin since before the doors opened and has enjoyed every second. Pam started bartending at 21 and has over 25 years of experience in the business. She worked in Dallas for 13 years before moving back home to Fairfield, Tx in 2005. She has two daughters. Madison works with her mom at TOG and attends college in Dallas. 

Pam really loves bringing new and exciting drinks to this small town. Getting creative behind the bar for signature and seasonal cocktails is truly what brings her joy at work. 

Pam's favorite menu items at The Old Gin are the patty melt and the filet. Her current favorite cocktails to make are the Caramel Mudslide, Jalapeno Ranch Water and an Old Fashioned.
